I am unable to login to my MediMagic account

Apologies for the trouble you are experiencing with logging back into your MediMagic account.
Please note that this might be an issue as you are attempting to login with an incorrect email address, an incorrect password, or an incorrect login method.

Incorrect Email Address Troubleshooting

  1. Firstly, if you are experiencing a login error, please note that your MediMagic account might simply be associated with an alternative email address. We ask that you attempt to login once more using an alternative email address that might be associated with your account.
  2. Alternatively, your MediMagic account might be associated with a completely different login method such as a social login method. We ask that you attempt to re-login using a different login method such as Google.

Incorrect Password Troubleshooting

  1. If you have forgotten your password, do not worry! Just enter your Email Address/Mobile Number and click 'Continue' and then, click on the ‘Forgot’ link that appears on the screen while you log in. 
  2. You will be required to enter your registered Email ID and a password reset link will be sent to your email.
The reset password email will only come into your inbox if you enter an email address that is connected to a MediMagic account. If you do not receive a reset password email within 10 minutes, please note that your MediMagic account is associated with a different email or login method.
