Why am I unable to access my subscription features, though I purchased it? (Why is my subscription not active even though I paid for it?)
Firstly, please ensure you are logged-in to the app with the same email ID that you made the purchase with. All your subscription features should now be available. Your account should be activated as soon as you subscribe to any of our plans. Still unable find the subscription features?
